The Bride Show announces Abu Dhabi and Dubai 2012 Exhibition dates

The Bride Show, the leading wedding event in the Middle East, today confirms dates for its 11th exhibition in Abu Dhabi and 15th in Dubai.  The Bride Show Abu Dhabi will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre on 8 - 11 February 2012, whilst The Bride Show Dubai will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre 4 - 7 April 2012.

2012 will build on the runaway success of the 2011 shows, with a clear luxury emphasis to raise the bar yet again in the Middle Eastern exhibition marketplace.  This high end positioning will be marked by exclusive participation by a range of international brands, some of whom will be making their debut in the region, and a packed schedule of high octane fashion presentations and events, even more than in previous years.  At the time of writing confirmed exhibitors include a trio of beauty greats; Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown and Estée Lauder.

With the objective of meeting the ever evolving tastes of the modern bride, and thereby appealing to the wide range of nationalities inherent within the Middle East, the show is the perfect platform for brands looking to reach a vibrant and affluent demographic of discerning females who are well versed in the very latest fashion, beauty and luxury products.  The organisers aim to attract a record number of exhibitors this year, building on the 556 partners who took part in 2011 that attracted some 35,000 visitors.  2012 will be supported by a number of sponsors, including La Sirene as Silver Sponsor for Abu Dhabi, Lily Pond as VIP Lounge Sponsor for Dubai and Mauzan as the Silver Sponsor for both The Bride Show Dubai and The Bride Show Abu Dhabi.

Highlights of the 2012 exhibition will include the introduction of a VIP lounge for high profile guests and a number of internationally renowned fashion brands.  Already confirmed for The Bride Show Dubai are London Fashion Week favourite DAS Collection and high end Asian boutique store, Mumbai Se.  The organisers are also happy to welcome back the Abaya Design Awards and Islamic Affairs, who will be on hand once again to offer guidance to both the budding bride, and married couples.

Daphne Cota, Exhibition Director comments, “We are delighted to confirm our 2012 dates, and unveil our plans to reach further into the luxury sector. The team has been working hard to build on the success of 2011, and judging by the names confirmed to date, this will be our best ever year.  It is our goal to bring the very best of haute couture and international brands to the Middle East, and really set the bar in terms of regional exhibitions.  We’re well on track to do so.”
