Lisa started her career in account management at B2B and B2C marketing agencies before joining Taylor & Francis to experience marketing client side. During this time she worked across Taylor & Francis's entire portfolio of subjects as a product marketer, then moving to lead the libraries and institutions marketing team.
In her current role, Lisa leads the global marketing function for the Researcher Services business, with a relentless focus on delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience using the very best digital technologies.
She has a passion for encouraging new generations of marketers into the industry as well as demonstrating the contribution the marketing specialism brings to business growth.
