Lucy Gillam
Chief Commercial Officer
Lucy Gillam became Informa Connect’s Chief Commercial Officer in October 2021 and is responsible for Revenue Performance, Sales Effectiveness and supporting all Connect divisions to drive high yield growth from existing and new revenue streams. Lucy joined Informa in June 2021 to lead the Talent Acceleration Programme (TAP), a transformation initiative launched by Informa Connect to capitalise on digital opportunities post-Covid.
Lucy began her career as a Conference Producer at IQPC before moving into Sales leadership roles at Reed Exhibitions. She progressed through Exhibition Director and P&L management roles, leading global teams to deliver double digit year-on-year organic growth of market-leading trade exhibitions and media brands, to the roles of Europe Strategy Director and Group Commercial Director.
Lucy also led a highly successful product launch programme, enabling customers across multiple industry sectors to access new business opportunities in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Lucy is an Oxford University graduate and holds a Business Sustainability certification from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Lucy is proud to champion Diversity & Inclusion; she is Executive Sponsor of the Informa gender equality network AllInforma Balance and a keen mentor.
