Informa gets top award three years in a row

Informa PLC is being recognised as one of Britain’s Top Employers for the third year running. Audited by Grant Thornton, the scoring process of the research project shows Informa leads the way with five out of five stars for Pay and Benefits, and 4.5 stars for the rest of the categories - Training and Development, Career Development, Working Conditions and Company Culture.

The awards were officially announced at a ceremony celebrating all the employers of choice. During this ceremony the top three winners were announced. There are 4 categories: Large Organisations, 100-499 Employees, Legal and IT. In overall terms Informa came in 8^th place for large and medium sized companies (14^th place overall last year), and second in terms of Pay and Benefits for large and medium sized companies.

Keith Brownlie, Group HR and CR Director, says, “These awards use international standards to identify excellence. To increase our scores year after year is testament to many peoples’ continuing hard work. It’s been a tough year, yet Informa people globally continue to pull together”.
