Informa Company Update

Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international B2B Events, B2B Digital Services and Academic Markets Group today confirmed that Patrick Martell will become Non-Executive Chair of Informa TechTarget.

Patrick is an experienced New York-based Executive and Non-Executive Director, who will continue in his role as Chief Executive of Informa Markets. He is stepping down from the Board of Informa PLC to further deepen his focus on opportunities within North America.

These changes will become effective from 1 March 2026.
