Ashok joined Taylor & Francis in 2025 as Chief Technology Officer, leading technology strategy and innovation across the organization.
With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership and software development, Ashok has a proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Prior to this role, he served as SVP, Global Head of Technology at Thoughtworks, where he led numerous projects spanning software development lifecycle, Lean and Agile practices, data-driven product development, and enterprise IT design.
Ashok has a previous connection with Taylor & Francis, having collaborated on the Cogent OA project previously. In his current position, he is focused on building upon existing technological foundations while fostering innovation and driving meaningful impact for the organization's customers and communities.
