Margaret Ma Connolly

Margaret Ma ConnollyPresident & CEO, Asia 

Margaret is President & CEO of Informa Markets in Asia. She joined UBM in 2008, which combined with Informa in 2018.   Margaret oversees all Informa Markets businesses in Asia, a portfolio of more than 250 brands, which include industry-leading exhibitions and digital services across 13 countries.

In the last 12 years, she has spearheaded multiple milestones in key market sectors and successfully grown the business through organic development and strategic partnerships. Margaret currently also serves as a non-executive director on the board of S4 Capital Group.

Prior to joining the group, she held senior management positions at TNT and Global Sources and she is the co-founder of the leading online expat community ShanghaiExpat.com. Margaret is also a member of Common Purpose Dao Xiang advisory board and received an MBA degree from Oxford Brooks Business School.
