To access shareholding details online, go to https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/. To register to use the website, you will need your Shareholder reference number as shown on your share certificate or dividend voucher.

The website enables you to:

  • View and manage all of your shareholdings;
  • Register for electronic communications;
  • Buy and sell shares online with the dealing service; and
  • Deal with other matters such as a change of address, transferring shares or replacing a lost certificate.

Electronic Shareholder communications

As part of Informa’s commitment to the sustainable use of natural resources and reducing our environmental impact, we offer all Shareholders the opportunity to elect to register for electronic communications. To do so, visit https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/security/emailcapture.asp.

Dividends

Dividends are typically paid in June and September each year.

Shareholders can choose to have dividends paid directly into a bank or building society by completing a mandate instruction form, available online at https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/ or by contacting our Registrar using the details above.

To receive dividends in a different currency, register for the global payments service provided by our registrar. Further information is available at https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/.

Shareholders can also elect to join Informa’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), where cash dividends are automatically reinvested to buy further Informa shares. There is no charge for joining the DRIP. Further details and full terms and conditions, including eligibility for Shareholders based outside of the UK, are available at https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/.

Share dealing

Shareholders are able to buy or sell Informa PLC shares using a share dealing facility operated by our Registrar.

Shareholders can deal on the internet or by phone. Log on to https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/ or call +44 (0)370 703 0084 (between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday) for more information, including eligibility and costs. Have your Shareholder Reference Number to hand when logging on or calling.

UK regulations require the Registrar to check shareholders have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions before trading, which could delay an initial phone trade.

ShareGift

ShareGift (registered charity no. 1052686) is an independent charity, which accepts donations of small numbers of shares that are uneconomic to sell on their own or otherwise unwanted to support a range of UK charities.
