David Flaschen

Non-Executive Director

David was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in September 2015 and is also one of Informa’s nominees on the Board of its Curinos business.

David has 20 years of executive and leadership experience in information services, including roles at Thomson Financial and Dun & Bradstreet.

He also has significant expertise in online companies, having held Non-Executive Directorships at companies such as TripAdvisor Inc. and BuyerZone.com.

David was a professional football player and founding member of the North American Soccer League Players Association.

David is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Paychex Inc.
