All resolutions put to shareholders at the AGM held on 8 May 2009 were passed on a show of hands. In accordance with the announcement by the Company on 1 May 2009, a motion for the withdrawal of resolution 2 included in the Notice of AGM 2009 to approve the final dividend of 3.9p per ordinary share was approved at the meeting. Accordingly, in place of that proposed final dividend, a second interim dividend of 3.9p per ordinary share will be payable.
