Electronic Communications
Due to recent changes in company legislation, shareholders can now choose to receive the annual report, notice of AGM and other shareholder information in electronic or paper format. The Company encourages all shareholders to receive shareholder information in electronic form so as to enable the Company to benefit from the environmental and cost benefits arising from reduced paper usage, printing and distribution. Dividend
Informa pays a dividend to all shareholders twice each year. Shareholders can elect to receive shares instead of cash from their dividend allocation through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).
A second Interim Dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2008

A second Interim Dividend was approved at the 2009 Annual General Meeting on Friday 8 May 2009.
Shareholders can elect for dividends to be paid by mandate directly to a UK bank or building society account through the BACSTEL-IP (Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services) system. For the benefit of shareholders resident in any of the eurozone countries, the Company offers the option to receive dividends in euros.
