The BA will also perform support of the system to various Informa business units. The BA is responsible for delivering outstanding implementation services to Informa business units, working closely with Business Managers and Project Managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce.com (SFDC). BA will be a dedicated advisor for a business unit to support them post-implementation as new requirements and business functions develop on to the application.
Ideal candidates will have a thorough and wide-ranging understanding of telecommunication technologies, and a good appreciation of current industry dynamics and market conditions. They will be experienced in developing and delivering high value training programmes across a range of technologies, and for different audiences – both technical and non-technical. Extensive travel will be required. The position will be predominantly home-based when not delivering training.
