Performance
In 2009, we decided to revisit our community strategy to find out if we were truly offering a programme that was of most benefit to staff and the local communities in which we worked. We started the process by talking to our staff to find out what they really thought about our current strategy. An impressive 627 responded to our survey, representing divisions and companies as diverse as IBI, IIR, ICBI, T&F, Datamonitor, Omega, iMoneynet, and Psychology Press.
The results formed the basis of our new Community Strategy, which can be found outlined in this report.
